Harbor Fitness has been keeping Brooklyn strong and fit since 1991. It has always been our mission to provide our members with the best equipment and the best atmosphere in order to achieve their fitness goals. Brooklyn’s Gym has decided to take that one step further to help provide you with the best fitness information out there with the launching of Harbor Fitness Connect. What’s the catch? All we ask is that you use that information to become the best version of yourself that you can.

Our aim is to provide you with the most up to date and accurate information the fitness industry has to offer. Angela Rosinski

Personal Training Program Director

Angela began her journey in health and fitness through her own personal experiences.  This became her inspiration as she was pursuing her Bachelor degree, and later as she pursued her Doctorate.  She continues to be motivated and inspired by those whom she has helped and maintains a professional commitment to bettering the health of others.  Angela has attended numerous health and fitness conferences, lectures, and workshops over the years and continually seeks new information and knowledge.  She has helped many clients meet their goals which have ranged from weight loss and improved muscle strength, to pain reduction and injury prevention.  Angela continues to train clientele, teach Pilates classes, provide leadership to the personal training team, and treat patients as a Physical Therapist.
